2. Based on the design drawings provided by the customer, we initiated a rapid mold development process. We developed a dedicated mold for its special hinge and bracket structure to ensure product quality.
3. We use high-quality SS304 and SS316, and ensure the excellent quality of the product through a series of processes such as precision casting.
4. We follow customer requirements strictly,and clearly emboss the customer’s logo on each finished product, reflecting the pursuit of perfection in details.
5. Hiever conducts multiple quality inspections on all products before leaving the factory to ensure zero defects and timely delivery to the customer’s production line.
